The Project

Park Blok is a mixed-use project of the company Admiral Holding D.O.O., which has been building residential and commercial buildings for two decades. Project is located within Podgorica’s quarter City Kvart, nearby supermarket Super Voli and in close proximity to the shopping center Big Fashion.

The green core of the complex comprises of a park surrounded by 500 apartments laid out in 10 buildings at 5 floors, with accompanying retail premises on the ground floor and two underground levels of garages.

Designed in urban style breathing in privacy, still located in the center of modern part of Podgorica, Park Blok simbolises quality community living in its full content.

Project is built in two phases. First phase is realised on the parcel UP 15 in 5 buildings with 265 apartments, 57 retail premises on the ground floor, and underground garage with 300 parking lots, as well as parking on the parter surrounding the complex.
